License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using the software. By using this software you indicate that you accept the present license agreement.
Quantum Whale grants to you as an individual, a personal, nonexclusive license to install and use the Software for the sole purposes of designing, developing, testing, and deploying application programs which you create. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of this EULA, DO NOT INSTALL, USE, EVALUATE, OR REPLICATE IN ANY MANNER, ANY PART, FILE OR PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE.

Registered Version
One registered copy (developer license) of this software may either be used by a single developer who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple developers, but not both.

Intellectual Property Rights

The entire contents of source files is protected by U.S. and International Copyright Laws. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, and distribution of all or any portion of the code contained in source files is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
The source codes and all resulting intermediate files are confidential and proprietary trade secrets of Quantum Whale LLC.
The source code contained within source and related files or any portion of its contents shall at no time be copied, transerred, sold, distributed, or otherwise made available to other individuals without a prior written permission.

Evaluation(Trial) Version

You may install one copy of the software for testing purposes for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of installation ("Evaluation Period"). Upon expiration of the Evaluation Period, the Software must be uninstalled and all copies destroyed.

Royalty Free Distribution
The registered developer is licensed to distribute the product and all accompanying .NET controls as part of an executable program only with the following conditions:

• Executables containing the software must be assembled using a registered copy of the software.
• Executables must add primary and substantial functionality, and may not be merely a set or subset of any of the libraries, code, Redistributables or other files of the software.
• Software may include certain files ("Redistributables") intended for distribution with executables. These files may be included in the distribution WITHOUT any royalty fees owed to Quantum Whale LLC.

DISCLAIMER

This software is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software. The author will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if the author or an agent of the author as been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the author's liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.
